David Marshall

David Marshall grew up as a preacher’s kid and often helped his dad in the church as a preteen. His love for God continued to grow. He feels called to inspire and equip the youth for excellence. He aspires to become a Youth Pastor. His deep dive into the word of God and his musical talents provide a great platform for engaging the youth in their life journey. As a Christian hip hop artist and producer he has written and performed music, plus helped other Christian Hip Hop artists to put out their own music. He has served as a camp counselor for the Elevate International Youth Ministry on behalf of Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church. He spends his time now through one-on-one coaching to inspire and challenge the youth.

He is a quality specialist and manager for government social services based in California. He brings to the Board a wealth of knowledge and experience pertaining to organizational development, strategic planning, management, and government relations.  

David is pursuing a bachelor degree in Ministry at International School of Ministry. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management (Western Governors University), and an Associate of Applied Science in Organizational Management (Mesa Community College). He has several certifications and licenses in various quality systems, methodologies, and software applications.
